Overview: The Front Desk Associate is responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, handling administrative tasks, and supporting overall office coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle member inquiries
- Process payments, memberships, and retail transactions
- Educate members on services, packages, and wellness programs
- Maintain accurate member records and confidentiality
- Support practitioners and staff with daily operational needs
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with inventory tracking and retail display upkeep
